2.  I will hold with 50% down non-refundable cash only
3. I prefer not to ship, but can deliver to local shows
4. If you are unable to keep the rabbit we ask that you return the rabbit back to us, and not any adoption agency
5. All rabbits are always welcomed back, no money will be refunded
